AnxioCalm contains kava root standardised to kavalactones 60mg. Kava is traditionally used in Pacific Islander medicine and western herbal medicine (WHM) to decrease symptoms of mild anxiety.

Dose & Administration

Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients

Piper methysticum (kava) root 750 mg (min. equiv. to fresh 7.5 g, std. to kalvactones 60mg)
Ocimum tenuiflorum (holy basil) leaf 60 mg (equiv. to dry 600 mg)
Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) leaf dry 214.29 mg (equiv. to dry 1.4 g)
Leonurus cardiaca (motherwort) herb 100 mg (equiv. to dry 1 g)

Caution & Contradindications

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not for prolonged use.
May harm the liver, do not use this product if you have pre-existing liver disease.
May affect the ability to drive or operate machinery, use with caution.
