Dose & Administration

Adults take 2 capsules, twice daily and children over the age of 6 take the contents of 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients

Quercetin 300 mg
Nigella sativa (Black cumin) seed oil fixed 450 mg (as Thymocid® extract)
Rutoside 125 mg
Retinol palmitate 103 micrograms (equiv. vitamin A 56 micrograms retinol equivalents, equiv. vitamin A 187 IU)

Caution & Contradindications

Storage Guide: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

Warnings: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If symptoms persist consult a healthcare practitioner. Contains soya bean products and sulfites.
