MagRelax combines a highly bioavailable form of magnesium with the clinically trialled dosage of L-Glycine. Through the synergistic actions on the nervous system, it helps reduce:

Dose & Administration
Mix one slightly heaped scoop (5.3 g) into water and consume immediately.
Suitable for use during the day, or for enhancing refreshing sleep – take 30 mins before bed.

Each 5.3 gram (one included scoop) contains:
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate 350 mg
L-Glycine 3 g
Excipients:
Colloidal anhydrous silica, glycine
Vegan friendly. Free from gluten, corn, lactose, egg, sulfites, soy, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate
