L-Tyrosine is an important amino acid precursor to Dopamine/Noradrenaline, Thyroid Hormone, Melanin, CoQ10, and is used clinically to support balanced neurotransmitters, mood, energy, GIT function, among other uses. Helps with motivation, focus and mood. Not to be taken in the evening.

Dose & Administration

500 – 1000mg 2 x day. Take before Lunch only, doses can be in morning and again at lunchtime. Can inhibit sleep if taken too late in day.

DENSITY: 1 ml = 400 mg (0.400 g/ml)

L-Tyrosine has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy.
