Caution & Contraindications

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Precautions and Contraindications:
Blue-green algae such as spirulina may stimulate the immune system and may theoretically exacerbate autoimmune diseases by stimulating disease activity.
Milk thistle and marigold may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to the Asteraceae family.

Adverse Effects:
The ingredients in this product are generally well-tolerated. Some ingredients such as milk thistle, spirulina, artichoke and some medicinal mushrooms have been associated with mild gastrointestinal adverse effects.
Milk thistle and marigold may cause rare allergic reactions in people sensitive to the Asteraceae family, including urticaria, eczema, skin rash and potentially, anaphylaxis.

Pregnancy and Lactation:
Safety of use of this product in pregnancy and lactation has not been established. There is insufficient available safety information for some ingredients.
