Opti EPA/DHA Plus SPM® is a practitioner-only, high-strength fish oil formula providing concentrated omega-3 fatty acids EPA, DHA and DPA, standardised to contain specialised pro-resolving mediators (SPMs/PRMs). SPMs are naturally produced from omega-3 fatty acids and play an important role in supporting the body’s natural inflammation-resolution processes.
