Cautions: Binders work by binding substances in your gastrointestinal tract, so timing away from meals, medications, and other supplements is essential. Do not take within 2 hours of medications or supplements you want to absorb. May affect bowel function—ensure adequate water intake. If you experience persistent constipation or gastrointestinal discomfort, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
